We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree not to:

• Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or servers or networks connected to our services
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature
• Manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our services
• Create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes

4. Content Ownership

Our platform contains content provided by us, our instructors, and our users. All content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Takawan Content: Unless otherwise stated, we own or license all intellectual property rights in our platform and materials on our platform.

Instructor Content: Instructors retain ownership of the content they create and upload to our platform. By uploading content, instructors grant us a license to use, store, and display their content for the purpose of providing our services.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments: When you make a purchase on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of your purchase.

Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our courses or services at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refunds: Our refund policy allows for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with a course, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Certification exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has been started.

Instructor Payments: Instructors receive a share of the revenue from their courses according to our Instructor Agreement. Payments to instructors are processed according to our payment schedule and are subject to our payment policies.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Takawan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
